Collagerie, the inspirational online shopping platform founded by former Vogue editors Lucinda Chambers and Serena Hood, is home to an expert curation of fashion and interiors. Now this chic creative mecca has joined forces with luxe accessories brand Strathberry to design a bold new leather goods collection.

The mutual admiration between both brands saw Strathberry support Collagerie’s launch in 2019. When the opportunity to collaborate arose, both teams came together at Strathberry’s Edinburgh Atelier, where their combined expertise resulted in a range of four beautifully crafted bags and small accessories.

"We’ve long been Strathberry fans; it’s a family-run, Scottish business whose designs are manufactured by Spanish artisans, so it has that mix of local heritage and global craftsmanship which is so central to Collagerie’s own vision. For this collection, we took that shared spirit and ran with it, amplifying the color via rainbow-striped canvas and exaggerating the artisanal mood with whipstitched detail, while retaining Strathberry’s overall aesthetic and statement hardware. About the collection

The collection marries Lucinda Chambers’ trademark color and creativity with Strathberry’s contemporary design and timeless craftsmanship. Featuring striking combinations of palette, print and texture, the capsule reflects the passion for innovation and artistry that defines both brands.

The bags are crafted in Strathberry’s Andalusian workshops by master artisans, using techniques passed down through the generations. Offering a seamless transition from boardroom to bar or beach, the designs feature soft nappa leather, unique striped canvas and a deftly executed whipstitched edging that highlights the skilled craftsmanship at work in Ubrique.
