All US orders are shipped on a delivery duty paid basis, which means all import duties & taxes are included in the final price of your order at checkout.

Personalized Products

Please allow an additional 6 - 8 business days for all personalized orders, this is in addition to our standard shipping times. Personalised items are non-returnable.

Pre-orders & High Demand Products

Pre-order shipping dates are available on the product page, and at check-out.
Some products are in high demand, therefore they will take up to to 10 business days to be shipped. This information is available on the product page, and at check-out. 
If your order includes an in-stock item, the in-stock item will ship within our standard delivery time.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are approximate and Strathberry cannot be held responsible for delays during busy periods, customs clearance delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. During sale and promotional periods, we advise allowing an additional 1-2 business days, this is in addition to our standard shipping times. 

Amendments & Shipping Notes

Strathberry are unable to amend any order details, including the delivery address, once the order has been placed, therefore please take care when entering your details. Please note that Strathberry are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom and are fully insured and tracked. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for the shipment.
