Delivery Notes
Delivery times are approximate and Strathberry cannot be held responsible for delays during busy periods, customs clearance delays or other unforeseen circumstances, which may delay delivery. Duuring sales periods and promotions delivery may be delayed, please allow an additional 1-2 business days processing time, in addition to our standard delivery time.
We are unable to ship to P.O box addresses. All orders are dispatched from the United Kingom and are full insured and tracked. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for the shipment.
Express shipping is eligible on orders over USD$200 and for orders placed within the USA and/or Canada only. Express shipping is not available on personalized orders or pre-order items.
USA customers can enjoy complimentary standard delivery on all orders (valid for USA orders only, standard delivery).
Taxes & Customs
All US & Canada orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. All local duties and taxes are included in the final cost of your order at checkout.
Non-European Union orders (excluding US & Canada) are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. The cost of local sales taxes and import duties will be calculated at checkout. Strathberry cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge additional duties or taxes. The purchaser is responsible for paying these charges.
Personalized Products
Please allow additional processing time for your personalized order. We advise 5 days for handbags & accessories - this is in addition to our standard delivery time. Express shipping is not available on personalised orders. Personalised items are non-returnable.
Pre-Order Products
Delivery times for pre-order items are shown on the product page, and at check-out. This is the current expected delivery time for the pre-order item via standard shipping. Please note - if you are ordering a pre-order item with an in-stock item, your order will ship when the pre-order item is available. Express shipping is not available for pre-order items.
Amendments
Strathberry are unable to amend the delivery address once an order has been shipped.
