Rewards points and tiers earnt will expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Any action that earns you points (like making a purchase or leaving a review) or redeeming your existing points will keep you active in the program. If you haven't been active for nearly a year, we'll email you a reminder a month before your points expire.

How is my VIP tier determined?
Your VIP tier is determined by the amount you spend on strathberry.com in one year.

When you create an account, you will automatically be part of our Insider tier and eligible for exclusive benefits. To reach:

Innovator, you must spend $1,000 and make two purchases

Icon, you must spend $2,000 and make three purchases

Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rest of the current calendar year as well as the following calendar year. As you move up in the VIP Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.
